Children

Youth Directors, David and Kaylynn Young are the Ministry Leaders of our Children’s Department. They have a zeal to see your child develop and live a genuine life for Christ. Our churches desire to see children taught the Bible weekly, worship their Savior through song, and produce characteristics and convictions based on their learning, is why every teacher and volunteer feels passionately about their position!  We have qualified, background checked, and enthusiastic volunteers in every classroom! Children need authenticity and you will see this demonstrated in the operation and spirit of each classroom. All the things we do in children's ministry should be secondary to empowering children to love and live all out for Jesus but we have so many activities for your children weekly and throughout the year.

Other activities throughout the year are summer and winter camps, Patch the Pirate program & After School Hangout (runs in conjunction with the SMSC in-school calendar year), and many more family or community events!
