The Person & Purposes of God

In response to Habakkuk's questions, God reveals that He is actively working. This is true even when His work is difficult to understand—including using the wicked Babylonians to discipline His own people. How can we make sense of God's surprising work? When life doesn’t make sense, we can still be confident that God sees with an eternal perspective, His purposes cannot be changed, and even His correction ultimately serves His glory and the good of His people.
