- Keep up-to date binders for choir and/or special music
- Schedule and communicate special music practices
- Provide lyrics to new songs to Sound Room / Media ministry leader
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of music storage areas

- Oversee the ministry at the juvenile detention facility
- Ensure proper training for volunteers
- Work with the ministry leader to provide supplies and support

- Assist Pastor in other pastoral staff responsibilities
- Pulpit supply as needed
