Reaping the Wind

In Hosea 8, we see the law of sowing and reaping applied to the Israelites. They had sown to the wind and would reap the whirlwind. Just like in our own lives, they experienced the upfront and the hidden costs of sin. God had appointed a place and way of worship, but the people went their own way.
