Determination & Doom

In Hosea 5, God utters two phrases over Israel. The first is, "I know," and the second is, "I will go." With these two phrases, God tells the people that He is aware of their determination toward sin and His own determination in their judgment. For those who are in Christ, the blessed truth is that God knows you wholly and love you completely. The judgment for your sin was poured out upon the Lord Jesus Christ.
